Donna Rice Hughes, President & CEO of Enough Is Enough® (EIE), is an internationally known Internet safety expert and advocate. Mrs. Hughes has more than two decades of progressive leadership expertise as a Social Entrepreneur, Internet Safety Expert, Author, Speaker and Commentator,She is frequently sought out by the media, Congress, law enforcement, and industry leaders for solutions to prevent the exploitation of children online. She has given more than 5,000 media interviews, delivered more than 400 speeches/training seminars, and testified many times before Congress. She received an Emmy Award as Producer of The PBS/EIE Internet Safety 101®® TV Series and an Emmy nomination as the Program’s host. As a respected leader of national efforts to protect children from sexual predators and Internet pornography, Donna has championed EIE's mission to make the Internet safer for children and families since the group's formation in 1994. Dean Grigg
Director Of Government Affairs, Enough Is Enough®

Dean Grigg graduated from the TC Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2002, after which he moved to South Carolina and began his legal career in private practice.  Mr. Grigg served as an Assistant Attorney General for the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office from 2005-2009.  From 2010 until 2022 Mr. Grigg worked as an attorney and the Deputy Director for the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.  During that time he served on the SC Governor’s Human Trafficking Task Force and represented LLR on the South Carolina Medical Response Team.  Mr. Grigg also served on the state’s Emergency Response Team during natural disasters.  He joined Enough Is Enough® in March 2024.

A passionate child safety advocate, Kathy Hatem has devoted most of her career to combatting child exploitation and sex trafficking — a choice inspired early in her career by her work as a publicist and promotion producer on FOX’s crime fighting series America’s Most Wanted.

Her current role with Enough Is Enough®, a national non-profit organization that has been fighting to make the internet safer for children and families since 1994, brings her passion for child advocacy and safety full circle in today’s digital age, raising public awareness about the harms of child predators, sex trafficking, social media, cyberbullying, internet pornography and other dangers.

As the Sr. Communications Adviser for Enough Is Enough®, she oversees media and public outreach campaigns and initiatives, raising awareness among parents, corporate America and the government regarding internet threats impacting children.

Dr. Richard Land
EIE Board Member

Dr. Richard Land is President of Southern Evangelical Seminary. In addition to his presidency, Dr. Land also serves as Professor of Theology and Ethics. Since 2011 Dr. Land has also served as Executive Editor of the Christian Post.

In 2015 NewsMax magazine named Dr. Land one of the “Top 100 (11th) Christian Leaders in America.”
