Community Leader Training Event
 

Enough Is Enough® President and Chairman, Donna Rice Hughes and EIE Communications Director Cris Clapp Logan will be training parents, teachers, faith-based audiences and community leaders in Virginia to provide Internet Safety 101® training to their their communities.  EIE partnered with the Virginia Attorney General’s office to distribute the program through the Virginia Family Foundation and Virginia Interfaith Council.  The half-day training will follow EIE’s Internet Safety 101®SM “train-the-trainer” curriculum. 
 
Participants will receive a free copy of the groundbreaking Internet Safety 101® four-part DVD teaching series and workbook and will be educated about how to protect their members from the harms of pornography, sexual predators, cyberbullies and other threats related to social networking, online gaming and mobile devices.  Training will cover warning signs, rules of engagement, age-based guidelines and the technical and non-technical resources (Rules 'N Tools®) needed to effectively protect children online.  This event is open to parents, educators and faith-based leaders in Virginia.
