Consider this: Your favorite Disney character -- perhaps one who has brought fond childhood memories to you or your family for years or even decades--degraded online while performing graphic sex acts. The innocence of these memories forever lost in your mind as trying to purge these images from recall proves nearly impossible. You (or your child) didn't go seeking out this explicit imagery; rather they came uninvited into you home though an innocent YouTube search.
At Enough Is Enough®, we have been in a full-court press fighting to defend and protect the dignity and innocence of youth in the digital word, including urging Disney executives to fight to put an end to Disney Porn. Online pornographers are exploiting and capitalizing the Disney brand and characters--all at the expense of our children. So far, we've had more than 60,000 people sign the petition to stop Disney-themed hard-core porn, and you can help us to get to 100,000 signatures by taking a few seconds to sign our petition to stop this nonsense.
Recently, I had the pleasure of appearing on Facebook Live with Covenant Eyes with its CEO, Ron DeHaas, to talk about this very issue as well as other initiatives that are front and center with EIE, including the Porn-Free Wi-Fi Campaign, the Presidential Pledge, and Internet Safety 101®. In case you missed it, please take a moment to watch so you are up to speed on each of these imperative efforts.
