Enough Is Enough^® (EIE) has been advocating for the U.S. Senate to support bipartisan legislation which removes blanket immunity from liability for social media and technology companies that knowingly facilitate the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on their platforms.

On February 10, the Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously voted to pass the EARN IT Act of 2022 (S. 3538) out of committee and onto a full vote in the Senate! Your voices supporting this critical legislation were heard loud and clear!

EIE joined Earn It co-sponsors Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), and other EARN IT advocates in a press conference immediately following the vote.
