  • By age 2, 40% of children have a tablet, increasing to 58% by age 4. By age 8, nearly 25% have a cell phone. (Common Sense, 2025) 
  • 56% of parents reported their children's location sharing is on, making it publicly accessible. 31% said their children were contacted by a stranger, with 28% of those cases referencing the child's location. (Cox Mobile Survey, 2024)
