Mr. Klitzke practices all phases of patent, trademark, and copyright law, including preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications and trademark applications, and has experience in patent and trademark litigation. Mr. Klitzke has experience in consumer products, biomedical devices, and electro-mechanical devices. Additionally, his experience includes work with food processing, manufacturing systems, lumber processing systems, and power transmission. Mr. Klitzke has demonstrated his dedication to Internet safety by offering his advice and legal expertise pro bono to Enough Is Enough®.
Mr. Klitzke also serves on the Federal Practice and Procedure Committee, City Club, Marquette Law Review, and as a Board Member for Oregon Patent Law Association. He is the past Chairman for the Oregon State Bar Patent and Trademark Section. Mr. Klitzke graduated with a B.S., Mechanical Engineering with Metallurgy Minor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina. He received his J.D. from Marquette University, was a St. Thomas Moore Scholar, Phi Beta Kappa, and Tau Beta Pi.
