Join Enough Is Enough® in demanding immediate action from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to do its job and enforce federal obscenity laws.

The DOJ has neglected their duty for almost two decades, allowing the proliferation of explicit illegal pornography that exposes children to themes like teen rape, incest, and violence, corroding their young minds.

Hard-core pornography does not fall under the umbrella of protected speech as defined by the First Amendment. The Supreme Court of the United States has recognized that obscenity and child pornography laws are still in effect, both for physical transfers and electronic transfers, noting in Reno v. ACLU (1997), that: “Transmitting obscenity and child pornography, whether via the Internet or other means, is already illegal under federal law for both adults and juveniles.”

By signing this petition, you will be sending a clear message to the DOJ, urging them to prioritize the protection of our children from the harm of this toxic content which is robbing them of their innocence.

Let us stand together and tell the D.O.J., it is time to do your J.O.B.
