To the Members of The Senate Judiciary Committee: I am writing to ask you to please SUPORT the bi-partisan EARN It Act (Eliminating Abusive & Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies Act, S. 3398) that makes the Internet's immunity from liability CONDITIONAL on complying with best business practices to: a) Prevent online sexual exploitation including enticement, recruiting, grooming, and sex trafficking; and b) Prevent and reduce the rampant proliferation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The safety and dignity of children must be the top priority of every single digital platform. These innocent children need justice and legal recourse for the horrific and ongoing abuse that occurs when their rape and torture are memorialized in the creation child sexual abuse images. On behalf of Enough Is Enough, a national organization fighting to make the Internet safety for children and families since 1994, which endorses EARN IT?, I ask you to support Senator’s Graham’s and Blumenthal’s ‘manager’s version’ as the best solution to hold technology platforms accountable for knowingly allowing CSAM to remain on their online platforms, which pending before the Judiciary Committee on July 2. I am counting on your leadership, Senators, to give these innocent children a voice. For their sake!
